We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you are not comfortable placing your order on our secure site, please call us and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.
SHIPPING
Orders will be handled on a daily basis (except holidays and Sundays) and in most cases will be shipped out no later than the following day.
Insurance will not be added unless we are instructed to do so when you place the order (in the notes section of your order form). We will then email you with your order total and shipping confirmation.
Our preferred method of shipment is USPS.

Individual patterns = 1.76
2 or more patterns = based on actual weight of envelope
1 yard - 5 yards fabric = 5.15 flat-rate envelope
6 yards - 15 yards fabric = 11.35 medium flat-rate box
16 yards - 20 yards fabric = 15.45 large flat-rate box
Over 20 yards fabric priced individually
(some orders will need to be adjusted if the fabric refuses to fit in a flat rate box such as flannels or 108" wide fabrics)
Canada/Mexico Shipping:
Individual patterns = 1.76 (USD)
2 or more patterns = based on actual weight of the envelope
1 yard - 5 yards fabric = 12.95 (USD) flat-rate envelope
6 yards - 15 yards fabric = 32.95 (USD) medium flat-rate box
16 - 20 yards fabric = 39.95 (USD) large flat-rate box
Over 20 yards priced individually
International Shipping:

RETURNS
Please contact us about any mistakes with your order upon arrival. We will be happy to correct any errors we might make at our cost. Prior authorization is required for all returns by contacting us by email or calling us at (208) 476-4646
Returned items MUST be in saleable condition and accompanied by the original packing slip.
All sales are final 15 days of receipt unless prior arrangements have been made.
